Adjust for more. ### Michelin 3-Star Lamb Meatloaf #### Ingredients: - 1 lb ground lamb - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup finely chopped onion - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley - 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint - 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese - 1 large egg, beaten - 2 tablespoons tomato paste - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon dried oregano - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - Olive oil for greasing #### Glaze: - 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar - 2 tablespoons honey - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard #### Instructions: 1.
